Mehrnaz Campbell
Mehrnaz Campbell is the Founding Director of Cheemia, a Scottish company that is managed remotely from USA.
Mehrnaz started her career in healthcare in 1986 as a nurse and worked for over 28 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various roles including sales, marketing and senior management for a number of companies including GSK, Pfizer and Takeda.
Working remotely from USA has enabled Cheemia to deliver outstanding results for clients and they acknowledge our skill in remote selling as the core competency that brings them exponential growth.
Mehrnaz is also author of The Omni Advantage: Accelerating the Behavioural Change with Omnichannel in Pharma Sales Engagement, described as “Hands down, the best omnichannel marketing book I have read in a LONG time.”
In March 2024, Mehrnaz was named ‘Agency Role Model’ at the Women in Pharma Awards.
Lindsey Brookes
Lindsey is an E-Detailing Consultant for Cheemia and has worked in pharmaceutical sales for 24 years in many therapy areas.
In the last 8 years Lindsey has focused her career on remote selling and E-Detailing in primary care, secondary care and Key Account Management (KAM) roles and has delivered e-detailing workshops and tools to share her best practice with others.
Lindsey has disease expertise in many therapy areas, including respiratory, anti-coagulation, contraception, dermatology, pain, cardiovascular, oncology, anti-depressant and antibiotic products.
She took her ABPI in 1997, and held the roles of dispensing, product and IT champion for the team in various companies. She also has trained in coaching, NLP and Myers Briggs.
Previous to this, Lindsey has experience of working in hospital management after taking her BA (Hons) degree in Social Policy and Administration.
Martin Smith
Martin has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years, holding positions in market access and sales. Over the years, Martin has held additional responsibilities including coaching, clinical education and led digital and brand programs.
Aida Diaz-Agero
Aida Diaz-Agero brings a wealth of expertise to Cheemia ReSET.
Born on a tropical Spanish island and raised in Amsterdam, she launched her pharma career in Madrid, quickly gaining experience across marketing and sales roles with companies like Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, GSK, and Angelini Pharma.
With 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Aida has held numerous leadership positions. A multi-award-winning sales rep and trusted consultant in omnichannel strategy, she has guided global teams toward effective engagement strategies and designed workshops to upskill teams worldwide.
Aida holds an MBA from a prestigious business school, and her passion for lifelong learning extends into her role as a Career Coach and Mentor at IET Health.
