Mehrnaz has been sharing her passion through keynote speeches for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies to moderating panel discussions and hosting fireside chats at international pharma conferences.

In March 2024, Mehrnaz received the ‘Agency Role Model of the Year’ Award at a glittering ceremony in London.

The Women in Pharma Role Model Awards recognised a group of brilliant women and men who are inspiring role models in the life sciences industry.

They received nearly 50 entries, with so many great stories of how people are leading the way to make the industry a better place.

In April 2017, Mehrnaz launched Cheemia. 

Cheemia was set up to provide remote sales and marketing strategy advice and implementation to pharma companies, who wanted to gain market access and grow their brands in the UK.

Our approach was unique in the fact that we didn’t help pharma companies sell to the NHS; we helped the NHS to buy from pharma companies. Consequently, we grew (and still grow) sales exponentially.
